Blumpie Return and Exchange Policy

We care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure every device you purchase from Blumpie meets your expectations. However, we understand there may be cases where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read this policy carefully:


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The device must be in the same condition as received, without any damage or modification, and must include the original box and all accessories.

Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) is required.


2. Cases Eligible for Free Return or Exchange

We cover full shipping costs in the following cases:

Receiving a product different from the one ordered.

A manufacturing defect not mentioned in the product description.

Damage to the product during shipping.

The customer can choose between:
Receiving a replacement device (if available), with Blumpie covering all shipping costs.
Or a full refund.


3. Returns Without Product Defect or Error

If the product is fully functional and as described but the customer wants to return it for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the following applies:

The customer bears the shipping costs both ways.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total product value to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Damage to the product during shipping.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging and all accessories included.

If the product is returned in a different condition (e.g., damaged or missing accessories), we reserve the right to reject the return or impose additional fees.


4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To simplify and speed up the process, you can now submit your return or exchange request online through a dedicated form.

Once the request is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. We will then review your request and respond with shipping details and instructions within 1–3 business days.


5. Refund Processing Time

After receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned product

Refunds (after deducting any applicable fees) will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.


6. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Products that have been used or altered from their original condition.

Products returned after the 14-day return period.

Discounted or clearance items.

Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repair attempts.

Products missing the original box or accessories.
