Brand-new devices in their original boxes.
Pre-owned devices in excellent condition, thoroughly tested by professional technicians. Minor signs of previous use may appear on used items, and the condition is clearly stated in the product description.

3. Payment Policy

We accept multiple secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers (depending on what is available in the local Egyptian market). Ownership of the product transfers to the customer only after full payment is received by Blumpie.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time varies depending on the customer's location within Egypt.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address to avoid delays or shipment loss.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the return and exchange policy applies.
